Podcast Launch Template
The all-in-one planning dashboard and launch checklist for producing fast-growing podcasts.
Hello đź‘‹
My name is Charlie and I produce radio and podcasts for a living, including the longest running libertarian radio show in California – The Bob Zadek Show – and a formerly syndicated public radio show called Mind, Body, Health & Politics. I’ve worked with top YouTube personalities and renowned professionals to repurpose their audio output into easily shareable, condensed content.
When I discovered Notion, it changed the way I organized both the backend and front end of my work. I recently re-designed Bob’s 600+ show archive, using a Notion database at the core, and the Super website builder to create a seamless interaction between the planning and note-taking for each show, and the forward-facing promotional blurb and podcast download that website viewers see.
I’m not on a mission to share the good news that Notion can make life easier – and MUCH easier for podcasters – if you set up your dashboard and workflows right from the get-go.
This “producer’s template” and checklist of tools to grow your podcast is the product of 8 years of trial and error, learning what works, and above all, what saves you time so you can spend more hours on actually preparing for the podcast, and enjoying your life.
